Frequently Asked Questions

Do I get all the photos?

Simply put, YES! While packages indicate a certain number of pics, those are really poses. If we shoot in a location and there are 10 great shots, you'll get 10 great shots. I provide my clients as many photos that reflect my attention to detail and quality as I can.

 

How will I get the photos?

You will receive your images through a beautiful gallery where you can download, share with family, and even share directly to social media to your friends!

 

What is the turn around time for receiving my photos? 

You can expect to receive your digital photos in under 7-10 days! 

I am old school. Do you also provide prints?

Yes! They are an additional charge, you will be able to purchase your prints directly from the online gallery. If you are ordering prints you can expect them about 2 weeks after the order has been made.

Do you provide the raw, unedited photos?

​Understandably, I do not. I spend hours editing your photos to meet your expectations, and the unedited ones simply do not represent my brand. 

What happens if I need to cancel or reschedule a shoot?

If you need to cancel a photoshoot, your deposit will not be refunded. Communication is important so please keep me updated on any changes. Please provide at least 72 hours notice if there is a need to reschedule in order to retain your deposit. 

Booking Deposit Policy: The 30% booking deposit, required for all sessions, is nonrefundable, with the exception of rain dates for outdoor sessions and reschedules (requires a minimum of 72 hours notice). Clients are permitted one rescheduled session if rescheduling request is made at least 72 hours before the session. After one permitted rescheduling, any further rescheduling will require an additional deposit fee to hold secure your spot.
